Re: August 2020: Tracking Laura
Levi makes good points regarding the strength of the Bermuda Ridge. If in fact it is stronger and further East than currently modeled, that does not bode well for the Texas Coast. Unfortunately it looks like the G-IV synoptic mission wrapping up may have missed sampling due to the pre scheduled mis...

Re: August 2020: Tracking The Busy Tropics
Good morning!
Looks like the models are still all over the place this morning and landfall location for Laura is still uncertain.
Just wanted to take a sec and say thank you for the late night /all night/early morning tracking you have been doing to keep us safe. You are appreciated!

Re: July 2019: Watching The Gulf/Tracking Potential Barry
Hi Folks!
I've been a lurker for many years - It's really helpful if everyone will go in to their profile and update the area of town you live in. That way, when we post updates on our current location, such as flooding, wind strength, etc, we know what area you are referring to.
THANKS!!!!!!!!!

Re: MAY 2019: Active WX Week Ahead. Storms/Heavy Rains
Hi Pros,
Thank you for all you do!
I am confused with all the posts on here.
I realize the weather is going to get treacherous however, I am so confused now, as to where.
Is the line along I 10 and south of same now? Into Sugarland or as far west as Katy?
Thank you!

Re: December 2016- Cold/Rainy Weekend. Tracking Arctic Air
So to be clear, the Houston area is expecting up to 10 inches of rain over a 3 day period of time? Not a flooding situation like this past spring, right?
