I've measured 54.6" at my home in Westbury (off Hillcroft just south of Brays Bayou). It's on the map below in the blue box between the southwest corner of 610 and the southwest corner of BW 8.

I'm much closer to the 32.52" reading up at the 45 & Hardy crossover. It's amazing there is a 20"+ disparity so close.

We had 2-3 heavy rain events focused over SW Houston back in Feb-Apr. I was averaging over 8" per month the first 5 months of the year.
