I've measured 54.6" at my home in Westbury (off Hillcroft just south of Brays Bayou). It's on the map below in the blue box between the southwest corner of 610 and the southwest corner of BW 8.

I'm much closer to the 32.52" reading up at the 45 & Hardy crossover. It's amazing there is a 20"+ disparity so close.
