Alright srain, I'm going to throw in the towel. I gave you a hard time back in early January that I have seen my coldest low temp for this fall/winter season which was 22 degrees. It's 10:30 at night and it is 20.3 degrees at my house! I wouldn't rule out 14 to 15 degrees at the crack of dawn around here and this is with wind. Wow!

For those with heated pools, crank your heat up in the pool and let it steam. Then put fans in your backyard and the steam will keep your plants alive....or should. Hurry, temps already in the lower 20s.

I am already screwed. :D ..I didnt put a heater in because when does Pearland get into the freakin 20's....now it seems every year since 05.....Lost them in 04, 09 and now 2011....they will come back hopefully...I did turn on the pool and let it run all night...turned the 500watt light on in it....that will give it some...

Add me to that list of those who want a snow day. Even if it doesn't snow, just the idea that it might is going to set off my second graders BIG TIME. If we don't get a snow day on Friday, I'm going to need a margarita that night I am sure.

Is it still cold enough to support snow? What about the moisture, about the same as previous run?

Possibly. I wouldn't really worry though the CMC has been warm lately. I think the CMC shows as much moisture if not more.

My source at HGX says:

Heaviest snow from I-10 north

THUNDER snow possible

Significant problems with driving on Friday.

Wouldn't temps struggle to get out of 30s Saturday as well because of the snow cover ?
