Yep. Crazy stuff. No comment on WPC's recent QPF track records, but there's agreement across models and ensembles in general. Mesos - TBD.

Cpv17 yup, and i see a couple of little yellow spots on there which indicate 15 inches. Havent seen a WPC QPF map like that in quite a while!

Can anyone tell (or guess) if this will be the ongoing pattern for the next 2-3 months? Dad says the hot dry weather is coming. I know rain is needed but it gets old after awhile

All of june looks wet, i think we do get some dry periods in the summer, but i really do not think we should be concerned about a big death ridge this summer , especially with el nino continuing to get stronger , alot of the climatology models for june- august keeps us at near average to above average precipitation. We will see, but with a persistently strong STJ, thats going to undercut any heat ridge trying to pop up

Absolutely insane thunderstorm in Geogetown right now. This is the hardest I've seen it rain since being in Harvey.

Looks like we're getting gapped. At least for now with a new line forming south of College Station and heading SSE.

Really impressive outflow from the east with winds of NE30 G45...but not rain for now.

We'll see. Prepare for incoming down in Houston.
