Yeah, but more times than not, El Niños do produce above average rainfall around here. There’s always those few exceptions, though.

Yeah, but more times than not, El Niños do produce above average rainfall around here. There’s always those few exceptions, though.
Said exception had better not be this Summer, or I'm going to riot.
