GFS and Euro don’t have much for us here for the next couple weeks, especially the GFS, which has almost nothing. I’m just gonna take it day by day. Not sure the models have a good handle on things right now.

I think we’ll get near average rainfall over the next couple weeks. I don’t buy what the CPC is showing for our part of Texas.

Canonical GFS is a joke, especially in the long range.

68°F temp. and 36°F DP. Enjoying it while it lasts. It could be November before we see today's Chamber of Commerce weather again!

Still no agreement in our area between the GFS and Euro. Just going to split the difference and say we end up with 1-2” over the next couple weeks, for now. I’ll gladly take that.

The latest WPC 7 day QPF forecast only has us getting around half an inch over the next week lol

Sometimes the problem with these setups for southeast Texas is the proximity to the SE ridge. If the ridging is too strong it will act a a deflector the closer you are to the higher heights.
