I think it is a full blown tropical cyclone with an eye and eyewall. It is very small storm.

Already a typhoon.
Should be named. Don't know why it is. 98C should be named. It looks like a typhoon to me. It is a very small storm like Humberto. What's strange is that it is forming in a La Nina.

they are taking there sweet time about it.....should be named already...havent checked. With a solid core it should be a no brainer.....
