Call me old fashioned or old school as you will ..... but I don't think it's such a good idea to mess with mother nature at all. She has a way of making you pay for messing with her. Tell you what ... you can give me the $20 Million and I'll put it to much better use. I can think of a few needs.

64 million rubles is a little over 2 million dollars. Not 20 million. Strange that they got that wrong by so much. All you have to do is plug it into a currency converter. I agree with your points on the subject.
