Future Florence or Gordon, which ever forms first, 90L or 91L.

Helll-o, where did this come from? Looks like we'll be watching 2 systems over the next few days....if August is already this busy, I can't imagine what Sept. holds :?

Now this is more interesting than Ernesto...
Wouldn't that be something if this 'disturbance' came here by middle to end of next week, and Ernesto decides to make a visit as well late next weekend? Talk about something we DONT need!

Belmer, I was wondering the same thing....what does this mean now that 91L is in play? COULD we have two systems heading for the TX Coast in the same week? Pro mets....what are your thoughts on this scenario?

I'm not a pro met ...yet. Give me a few more years while I'm finishing school :D
It's way too early to tell what both of these systems will do. Even though this isn't the same exact scenerio as Debby, it's somewhat similar. High pressure over the plains will start moving west, a high pressure is building over Florida, and a trough is also coming in to play. How all three of those will work out is the $64,000 question. A lot of this is going to be about timing as well. Just stay tuned. ;)
