Seems like it's changing over faster than the models predicted it to
Rain starting here in Richmond, my temp went up 2 degrees though! 
My sister near Bedias says it’s sleeting up there.

Keep an eye on bright banding radar returns indicating sleet and or melting snow not far from the surface. Magnolia is not too far from my Klein area!

This will be an ever-changing event. I know Srain may be tied up, Belmer stated he is, but will be on and off today. I think Andrew will be around today. I am almost positive Blake will be busy. Not sure that’s what I was curious about. Would love to see their latest snow accumulation forecast.
Sleet is already mixing-in with the rain here in Imperial Oaks.
