Looking like a pattern change is coming as November ends and December begins. PNA Ridge pops up to our NW and Southern stream storms may bring damp and chilly weather to the Lone Star State. Stay tuned...

Seeing the same. The days after Thanksgiving leading up to the 7th show front after front and in the long range there’s another big front slicing through the Rockies and possibly deliver our first Freeze.srainhoutx wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 7:54 am Looking like a pattern change is coming as November ends and December begins. Multiple nights in the 30s the first week of December. Love it! Just in time for the Holidays.

Persistent cool weather in early Dec. per ensembles. Really getting tired of running the A/C and water.

NOAA updated forecast has low to mid 30s for lows and mid to upper 50s and sunny to start the month. I'll take it. Fingers crossed.MontgomeryCoWx wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 5:53 pm The first week of December is perfect.

Well, my forecast low tomorrow is 28, and the normal is 48 - so that’s a full 20 degrees below average — but I would never call it “unseasonably cold” because it will be December, after all!! Haha!
I’m about to head outside to cover the tender plants. Already down to 41. But my dew point has risen from 28 to 34...so...maybe not as cold as forecast?

34.7 IMBY at the moment. Dew point is 31.8 so I think I’ll see a slight freeze as temps have dropped about 8 degrees in the past 3 or so hours. Covered some plants and brought others in for the night. Loving this weather!

Probably going to frost just enough to turn off our lawns for the season. We need something to help tame the web worms that have been rampaging this year.

Beautiful 29 degrees at the house this morning. I had my coffee outside to enjoy it.

Get outta here with that awesome sight.
I will say it was perfect with the cold temps, slightly frosted roofs, and slight breeze blowing through the few pine trees nearby. That's livin'.

Had a low of 30. Gardens seem OK as I took precautions. I would be delighted if this was a one freeze and done winter.

That's a pretty light freeze.
What's interesting is that it was warmer in Maine this morning than places like Mobile and Panhandle Florida.

I have a 100% chance of rain tomorrow. Can’t remember the last time I saw that.

Didn’t really get that cold as forecasted down here in Wharton. Coldest we got was 33.
