Could there be 2 name storms before JUNE?

I know it's early and alot of people have been talking about a below average season but some hints of maybe 2 name storms could happen by June....What do the pros think this year about hurricane season? Are we going to have an above average year? will there be a El nino? Neutral Conditions?

I'd think named storms is a bit of a reach, but it seems the conditions in the GOM are at least marginal for supporting some sort of organization. I think the central Atlantic water temps are still a bit cool, and wind shear across the area is still pretty high.
