I'm sure not many of you are happy about a possible la Nina winter.
I was wondering if you all would share your winter predictions in this thread

It doesn't look like La Nina is going to form, and if by chance it does, it will be very weak and short-lived.

If La Nina was to develop, it will probably be a weak one. Usually when La Nina develops following a strong El Nino, the La Nina is strong. There are exceptions like 1878, 1897, 1958, and 1983. Those had strong El Nino at the start and either had weak La Nina or Neutral.MontgomeryCoWx wrote:It doesn't look like La Nina is going to form, and if by chance it does, it will be very weak and short-lived.
