Nice rains down by the bay this morning.
Galveston I believe was the overall winner yesterday with heavier rains.
Today it seems like Brazoria County/ South/Coastal will catch the heavier rains today.
It was always promoted as a Coastal rain maker.
Happy First Day of School - be safe everyone.

Despite the 50% chance of no precipitation and rumors of an I-10 boundary, I am indeed getting intermittently rained on here in far NW Harris county. I am outraged and indignant.
I agree! Looks like showers are making it well north of I-10. That's great news! Got a good shower this morning here in Beaumont. 0.51" to be exact. Now looks like radar is evaporating the rain all across the Beaumont area. Oh well, thankful for what I did receive! My yard is singing praises!!

I have been up since 5:30am and the rain has not stopped falling here in TxCity. Slow, steady rain. No complaints here!

Got a nice soaker here in Richmond around 3:30 pm.
Got lucky with .87" here. That's now 4.57" for August - amazing!

Looks like more headed some of y'all's way on radar.

Rain stopped, sky clearing up.... next up, steam bath

Like I said.... steam bath.

Wow. I got almost an inch in my yard on Monday and my grass already has that water me look.
Please tell me there's something in the 10 day forecast showing rain?
