ive been wondering about the himalaya mountains in summer. and i know that india can be struck by cyclones with alot of moisture surging north. and ive seen satellite photos of these cyclones slamming north and running into the himalayas. would it be possible for a tropical cyclone to produce summer snow in the himalayas?

Sure the Himalayas get snow in the summer. Typically, the snow line is up around 17 thousand feet in the summer.

The Himalayas draw all the moisture away from the clouds, which is the windward side. North of the Himalayas is Tibet and that is a dry area. There is also Taklamakan Desert and Gobi Desert.
