I wish Gene all the best. I figured something was suspicious when Chita and David switched times.

I'm sorry to see Gene go. I got to meet him at the Hurricane Conference. He's a nice guy and a good meteologist. He will be missed. I wish him well in his future endeavors,

I will miss Gene, as well. He is a very good meteorologist. Has anyone on KHOU 11 News alluded to who will be the new Chief Meteorologist? I met him this past Summer at the Museum of Natural Science broadcasting the Venus transit across the Sun.
