Over the last few years, it would seem so, especially for Austin.

Is June the new July for Houston/Austin?
People think I'm nuts when I talk about an overall pattern shift.
(Axis tilt maybe).
There are two things that made me think something has changed.
The weather patterns & June Bugs. I'm quite sure they're called "June Bugs" for a reason.
They are now in full force in April.
It seems like weather patterns have shifted one time zone to the right.
We now have Arizona weather (it seems), while there are more tornadoes on the East Coast.
This may be a jet stream setup/issue though.
My .02 cents
