It was 114F/DP 27 in Vernon, TX this afternoon, AZ. ;)

Actually, air pollution and smog is a frequent problem in El Paso, even with the low humidity. It's perpetuated by its location in a valley across from Cuidad Juarez which is largely unregulated and polluted. El Paso has had several air pollution advisories this month.
