Weather Stations

I've been interested in a home weather station since I moved to Houston in 2006. Unfortunately it's just been one of those things that gets put on the back burner.

Fast forward to these recent past two winter weather events... I keep hearing the word weatherbug. I google searched and found nothing definitive, prices etc.

Can anyone recommend a decent, cost effective personal weather station? What should I look for, stay away from? Price is definitely a concern and I certainly don't need a $1000 pro set-up. Just something accurate and reliable. Maybe something I can access wireless through my PC.

Any thoughts, recommendations would be appreciated.
