Hi everyone! It has been a while. I have been very busy getting everything running for the weather company I co-own, Gulf Coast Weather Solutions. We are trying to expand our operations over time and the weather has had its ups and downs. However, we are slowly but surely growing. Some cool news though. I am planning to move to The Woodlands/Conroe area likely in early summer! Trying to get my apartment secured now for then, but I'm hoping that it will be a good opportunity for business growth and also I will be a bit closer to my brothers who live in the area.
Weather-wise, it seems like we are only getting a shot of severe weather about once a month or even just rain. We did have a bit of burst in activity recently, but now it's right back to the weather doldrums. Hopefully we get some more storms going as we head into April soon. This ridge definitely is not helping right now though.

Our dear Captain is right. This ridge is something else. More of a summer pattern than early spring.

Im pretty confident the death ridge wont be much of a player this summer, big westerly wind burst in the pacific right now is going to help El nino to form faster, potentially aiding in the sub tropical jet becoming active in april and beyond

Here we go. This weekend might be bonkers as the SW winds are pumped in from the Sonoran Desert.
