Cpv17 we know how this plays out though lol , large discharge of arctic air into the central plains, has to go no where but south, that SE ridge is going to get squashed

Anyone have a forecast for the coast that shows next Wed/Thur Dec 3/4? My meager skills only see 7 days out. Trying to plan a fishing trip to Matagorda.

Right now, I would say it’s looking cold and wet. How cold and how wet is still very much in question.

At this point, I don't give a damn if we get wintery precip this year or not. I just want some cold weather (highs in the 30's or 40's), and it last longer than 1 day lol

Canadian nailed the 2021 winter storms.

Even if we don't see wintry mischief, let's build that snowpack!

We could use some rain to keep a lid on the drought.

Forecasting cold weather is very complex. So ways just as complex as forecasting hurricanes.
