I'm quite concerned about the setup in S Kansas/Oklahoma this evening into the overnight hours.

Potential for long trackers. Flat terrain and nothing to stop twisters.

This has the potential of a very rough day in the Memphis area to Peducah....

3 tornado warnings already in the Slight area of the convective outlook. Sooooo glad that my wife is flying to Memphis late tomorrow afternoon and not today.

That whole area is definitely a magnet to severe storms.

Quite the discussion from NWS Little Rock this morning...
"Today has the necessary ingredients in place to be a
memorable day severe weather outbreak wise which is quite the declarative statement given the history of severe weather in Arkansas. It is an absolute must that you remain vigilant today to quickly changing weather conditions and have a severe weather action
plan in place and the means to activate that plan in a matter of minutes to protect life."
