Just dropped to 32.0 in Fairfield and ground temps are dropping quick with the sleet. Fingers crossed this turns to 100% snow soon and picks up intensity overnight.

We are just to err on the side of caution.

32 and light snow grains. The liquid:snow ratio sucks for now....It'll get better though.

Aye! Pretty decent sleet coming down here! Cooling down the atmosphere to start the transition. This is looking like it can be an epic event.
Interesting. I see nothing on radar over Pecan Grove. We aren’t getting anything here yet.

There are definitely returns on radar. Whether you’re using the MyRadar app or RadarScope it’s all over. Nothing accumulating yet but the temp has dropped almost 2 degrees to 35. It’s a steady, yet light, sleet and melting on the concrete.
I use MyRadar. I’m starting to see some returns in your area now. Getting close to me now as well.

I've been going from light snow to snow grains mixed with sleet for a few hours, but it seems to be changing over to mostly snow now. Starting to see the bigger flakes. 32 DP 25.

My dewpoint has risen to 22.6 degrees (it was 16 a few hours ago) and humidity is now 60% (was in the low 40s a few hours ago) with a temp of 34 and falling IMBY.The ingredients sure are coming together.
