Aye! Pretty decent sleet coming down here! Cooling down the atmosphere to start the transition. This is looking like it can be an epic event.

Interesting. I see nothing on radar over Pecan Grove. We aren’t getting anything here yet.

As with most rain events, the Golden Triangle and into LA has more moisture to work with. It’s not surprising that your area and into LA will probably be the big winners.

You are going to see more of that. We're a little light up here, but the wintry stuff/snow is far more widespread than expected, all the way to Dallas...so we may get a sandwich set of big bands.

Props to RGEM. Behold!

Coming through again, just like 2021. They sniffed the widespread nature, too.

The evolution of the banding points to something very similar by tomorrow morning.

There are definitely returns on radar. Whether you’re using the MyRadar app or RadarScope it’s all over. Nothing accumulating yet but the temp has dropped almost 2 degrees to 35. It’s a steady, yet light, sleet and melting on the concrete.
