I see a lot of chatter regarding Houston Metro and East side. What about the northwest side of Houston Metro? Brenham, College Station, Magnolia, Tomball Cypress?

everyone is going to get something, but some areas may get more, just depends on where the bands set up.dont take what the output maps show as gospel to where everything is going to fall

Euro looks great for Houston. Looks depressing for Georgetown. Need that gulf low to move more west.

VFR conditions at all sites with VFR prevailing through the
remainder of the day. Light SH will be possible...looking more
like virga with light reflectivity and no sites having reported
any rain yet. Winds will be 10-15 kts out of SW with gusts to
20-25 kts at times. LLWS of 30-35 kts also likely across the area
from around 21Z through 09Z. MVFR CIGS begin to develop at coastal
sites along with SGR/IAH/HOU around 02Z-06Z. VSBYs may drop to
MVFR levels at these sites as winds relax during the overnight
hours. Conditions improve to VFR levels from W to E around 12-15Z
with the FROPA. Winds will be out of the NW at 10-15 kts with
gusts to around 20 kts at times.
