Well, we are in the Atascocita portion of Humble. Also, we are in the highest point of our subdivision. As of now, my wife is reporting everything is fine. I work in the Gulfgate area and yes, the rainfall rates are pretty hefty.

Rosharon. Once the line got near I-10 it kicked off an outflow and evaporated. Then reformed on the other side of my house. In the donut of nothing now.

You should move to west Texas, you live in the wrong area to not like rain LOL.SE Texas is literately the wettest part of the state.As i said a while ago don't let the dry years fool you into thinking that's normal around here.Heavy rain /flooding is a big part of the climatology of the area.

Doesn't seem like that to me. Literately every time it rains you complain about it.Even though we've had more than enough sunshine and dry days this season.You act like its not supposed to rain here,and whenever it does its a problem.We live in a humid subtropical climate...

There’s a lot of trees down and several snapped trees so I’m gonna estimate gusts to hurricane force, 70-80mph. I didn’t see shingles down or anything like that, but several roads in Montgomery County were/are blocked by flood waters and downed trees. I couldn’t get to the nearest grocery store a couple of hours ago - I could probably make it now.
