What time today is the front expected in the Houston metro?
I guess it got held up.
Wind is picking up, ever so slightly.

Storms out here on the western side of the area are really starting to blow up.

I see lightning
off to the west.
I see Directv is still in a pissing match with someone and I can't watch CBS.
Yea, I was referencing what the NWS said earlier today in their discussion (4pm to 6pm fropa). It’s about to roll through here. Some nice storms along the front.
Nothing here in Cypress. Guess it decided to blow up after coming through this side of town.
Same here and across The Woodlands. The split in the line moved right over us. I was chatting with my neighbors earlier and they said “It looks like it’s about to rain”
I replied “Unfortunately, I think it’s going to skip right by us”
And the other neighbor says “Yeah, like usual, it seems to always skip us…”
Currently 4 Severe Thunderstorm Warnings is Texas and not in a watch…
El zippo here in College Station, but graduation ceremonies didn't require walking through rain to get there. Congrats stratton!
Heading out there with our lab. Yesterday's jaunt was in warm, humid conditions. She panted for quite a while afterward.
We've got some N 20 G40...blowing the leaves from my neighbor's trees that have moved to our lawn back over to their lawn.
I acclimated to the wind long ago in Texas. Bring it!

This is the Way.
What happened to the crazy winds? They were a little brisk earlier at 5-10 but I thought there were going to be 30-50 mph winds after the front blew through?
