I’m mostly looking forward to the LSU vs Florida St game Sunday night! A&M game should be a cakewalk tomorrow.

We got a massive tailgate for tomorrow. Should be steamy.
Got a DJ booth and a barber chair for some mystery fun.

It's been more like West Texas lately - DP in the upper 50s possibly. We haven't seen a DP in the 60s or 70s since Wednesday, unlike Houston.MontgomeryCoWx wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2023 7:41 pm We got a massive tailgate for tomorrow. Should be steamy.

Hot for sure. We've had northerly winds and dry air for days with heat indices lower than the air temp. Northerly breeze is progged again for tomorrow. If it's not going to rain, the DP might as well be reasonable!
Having said that...Looks like the winds go southerly sometime in the morning, then switch northerly - the moisture could catch up with us. Yuck.

Coach Prime is why college football and basketball are the greatest.
Get a motivated, trained team together that believe and anything can happen. They're playing some Johnny Football ball - 60 snaps at halftime for the Buffaloes! I'd like to see that again in Kyle Field. Maybe Petrino can deliver...Jimbo needs to leave him alone.

Texas looks pathetic against Rice and TCU got embarrassed against Colorado. About to see how A&M looks shortly. I wouldn’t be surprised if they look terrible either. I just got to the game.

I thought that’s what Texas was gonna do against Rice but nope, they looked pathetic. Honestly, I doubt A&M will look much better. We’ll see.

Just got back from the State game. Was cloudy for the whole game and rather pleasant. 48-7 MSU final!

So, for the last several days, I have had a 60% chance of rain tomorrow and Monday with “rain likely” in the forecast.
Now, on the evening before, it’s down to 50%.
Typical.
