Kingwood36 How about no thanks, why would I enjoy ICE? Sleet, and some light snow sure ill enjoy that, but it is impossible to get around on campus when the ice is going to still be around considering all the walkways are concrete, its just common sense to not open campus on a day like that lol
Moisture is really holding together and trucking east. Might have a few surprises for areas that wernt forecasting sleet.

Lol, class is where I would not be. Probably Northgate.
I remember 2002, I believe. We were under a winter Storm Warning and we went to Northgate to take it in.
Interesting ride home on Sleet covered roads. Carpool (free student taxi service that doesn’t exist anymore) wouldn’t pick us up. Oops!

dp6 haha good one

Dropped to 32.9 here in Cypress
Have been hovering right around 38 here most of the afternoon. Picked up a quick 1/4" of straight rain and the temp has dropped to 35.
There's a station a few miles away showing 32° now. I'm going to have to start looking at the tree tops to see if I see any ice up in the pines.
This round of precip. is going to move out pretty fast it looks like.

Well guys I can officially say I’m getting some wintry precipitation at my own house! I just got home from work and it’s sleeting! My boss said it was okay if I left work early.
Rain has has turned into pellets here in Fulshear in the last few minutes.
