Yeah, I'm really not expecting much on the Southside except for coldish air.

Is that second wave of moisture still expected to creep up in the morning ?
Maybe?,some models show it while others don't.The HRRR still shows it fwiw.I would watch the HRRR today to see how it trends. As we get a new run every hour. And it tends to be the most accurate model when you're in nowcasting time.Kingwood36 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 10:12 am Is that second wave of moisture still expected to creep up in the morning ?
KSGR has been sitting at 41 degrees since 4am.. I thought for sure it would be in the 30s by now.

HRRR is my go to model for sure. I’ve found it to be the most accurate but even then it’s wrong sometimes.don wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 10:15 amMaybe?,some models show it while others don't.The HRRR still shows it fwiw.I would watch the HRRR today to see how it trends. As we get a new run every hour. And it tends to be the most accurate model when you're in nowcasting time.Kingwood36 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 10:12 am Is that second wave of moisture still expected to creep up in the morning ?

The temps haven't budged for awhile.
I’m really surprised the temps haven’t started dropping more. I guess the CAA is having a difficult time fighting daytime heating.

Oh well..if it does it does..if it doesn't then it doesn't..I'm still expecting to go to work tomorrow
Got down to 38 here now back up to 39. CAA is having a hard time right now. Saw same thing yesterday up in the DFW area until deeper cold air arrived.
