Wonderful storms with this FROPA. Lots of action in the sky and moisture on the ground to play with. Let’s see what happens tomorrow evening/night

Definitely was not expecting rain like that. Picked up 1.31” here in the heights and most of it came down in about 15 minutes. Had a 5 minute stretch where my weather station recorded a rate of 5+” an hour. Bonkers.

The front has blown through here with gusty north winds. Just a few crumbs left on the radar as it moves past. I got a measly .35"

KHOU on air just mentioned the possibility of some snow flurries Friday morning as moisture moves across and exits the area.Stratton20 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 19, 2022 10:44 pm txsnowmaker wow that would be awesome if the gfs is right, but honestly don't know what to believe, hope we get some good surprises tommorow!

Major advection up here in CLL. Clear skies. Drying out.
Maybe we get lucky tomorrow night. The Cold is here and no inversion. Still see a warm nose tomorrow night, so it won't be snow. Maybe some sleet. Could always hope for a column cooling miracle.
