Orangeblood on S2K said that it will do so from January to March.

(And also, he really like my funny post on what's going on with the MJO)

I can confirm that the PNA is still more positive than expected right now.

But I'm worried about this one, we've yet to have a strong Winter Blast this winter.

The main part I'm worried about that this wave will be more powerful than the one this past February . . . :?

This is true but this pattern probably won’t last all winter. The chance for that is slim. Odds are at some point this pattern will break and we’ll eventually get some artic air down here.

Sure, it can hold on like this for months, but this pattern will eventually become exhausted & a new pattern replaces it.

Last year everytime we had a threat for winter weather..all the TV Mets wouldn mention it but it's only for hwy105 and points north and east of there..kind of became a running joke here..nobody south of hwy 105 would get anything lol kinda funny..you just had to be here for it lol

Ah haha getcha, it does seem like nobody gets anything wintry south of hwy 105 every-time we get a winter weather threat here, wonder why that is, kind off odd
