The ULL sure does appear to be kicking the crap out of that dry air now, and the dry air does not appear to be putting up much resistance. At least, that's what it looks like to my untrained eye.helloitsb wrote:http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/goes/east/sc/flash-wv.htmlTexashawk wrote:Question - where can I get a good water vapor imagery loop?
Thanks! Looks like the north part of Texas is filling in rather nicely. Little worried about South Texas, though... still looks quite dry...

I can confirm the sleet and random snow flakes are coming down right now. Plenty of sleet on the street, too.
Hear, hear! It appears you guys *have* reached Rock Star status at NB Elementary. Seriously, I know for a fact that one young lady was inspired to consider meteorology as a career this week. You guys never know who you're reaching here. Thanks for being a class act. Now, let's get on with the show!helloitsb wrote:Agreed, and thank you Steve and Andrew for ya'lls knowledge and keeping this forum intact.srainhoutx wrote:Before it gets crazy, I want to take a moment to thank our Pros. As singlemom stated, you folks are 'rock stars' to many of our folks. Your presence, sensibility, awesome informative posts, and sound reasoning, means so much to our community. Thanks. Now, let it snow...
