Just enjoying the early winter weather. Sunny through New Year's Day.

I have the Ambient Weather System up. Everything seems to be cooperating except some of the Wi-Fi stuff to the phone/computer.

51.7°F ; DP = 32°F

At 7:30 I’m running almost 3 degrees colder than last night, but the dew point is creeping a little higher. Probably 32-33 and frosty here.

I double checked and I was at 33.7 (34) last night.
As of now (10:20) my temp is almost identical to last night, but dew point higher. Looks like a frost event for exposed areas.

31.8 this morning with heavy frost. Looks like the Bush IAH and therefore “officially” the City of Houston escapes 2023 without recording a freeze.

I’m dreading it. The fireworks are ok as long as they stop shortly after midnight, but that celebratory gunfire😳
