And these subtle eastern shifts shouldn't make anybody feel relief. Any slight deviation on the turn and how sharp it is by just a few miles can go from a Galveston landfall or border landfall.

Well, if we are going to take the hit, I want a direct hit...take the whole house off the foundation. I don't want to deal with repairs....did I mention we just paid it off last month? LOL. Story of my life.......

T h e faster Laura intensifies the further west. Vice versa. Ridging is actually stronger now.
