El Nino has ended and now we are in a La Nina state
MDR and Gulf SST's are above normal now
ECMWF long range showing slight increase in pressures over S America
Development pattern similair to 2005. Not as many storms though
18 TS/11HU /5 Major No change
States a moisture pulse (MJO?) heading into Gulf and Western Caribbean through mid July

I just had to cancel. Meeting with the boss at 10 am. Once again, work gets in the way of weather.


But, just last Monday, I returned from Disneyland to be called into the boss' office, assuming I screwed something up, and was instead given the largest annual raise I have ever received, so if he needs me, I'm there.
