March 2020
Looks like the Spring storm season really kicked off with a bang out west and in North Texas. Multiple tornadoes and decent sized hail. While not a fan of the damage and injuries, I sure do miss seeing those large anvils go up.
They’ve already tampered down rain chances - again - in League City for tomorrow Into Saturday. Smh
Wow, just as the rain gets to my doorstep, it goes poof!
Same here. Rain chances were 90% yesterday and this morning is now 40%. Im so tired of this routine. Cant remember the last time we had a hard heavy downpour.

The Beaumont area was never really supposed to get much from this system anyway. Mostly everything will be well north and west of you.
I’m getting a decent shower now, finally. Can’t remember the last time I saw and heard real, actual rain.
I also just noticed the highs for next week have been raised to 90 on Wednesday and 91 on Thursday. Seems a little early for 90’s already. Wow.

How about these low temps lately in the low to mid 70’s? Freaking nuts!!
League City is probably not going to get ANY rain out of this. Unbelievable.
SO nice to finally be getting some rain.
my breathing feels so much better after the abundance of rain we rec'd so far - thankful

Didn’t even get a dang drop at the house. So dang infuriating. It’s dissipating every single time it approaches these last several weeks.
Seriously....what is preventing the area immediately along the coast from getting rain??

I saw the front approach the coast earlier today. Right now the radar shows some kind of boundary moving SE across Harris County right now. Maybe it is the actual front and the one earlier was just an outflow? I have just been too busy to keep track.
I did manage 1.33” today. So grateful!!

I don't think I ever so the DP near 70°F so many times during our "winter." March seemed more like April, and this week will feel more like May or early June.
Lots of rain today. We're good for awhile!

Will the coastal counties finally get some heavy rain to wash the oak pollen away? I sure hope so but we shall see. The inland counties including the Houston area will likely see most of the rainfall like yesterday. I would like at least get one of those heavy showers in NW Matagorda County and SW Brazoria County to visit our yard. The last of the cool temps today before Summer approaches. Clouds and highs in the upper 70s and low 80s tomorrow.
looking kinda wicked by Vitoria area https://preview.weather.gov/edd/resourc ... fined1#%2F
