Off and on heavy showers in W League City but the very heavy rain is approaching. I made home from downtown Houston this morning so I would not be stuck.

Made it home from the office, and it has been raining hard here in Cypress ever since . CFISD & other school releases are likely going to be an issue here after while if it keeps up. Have picked up almost 2" over the last hour or so.

Seems like activity is backbuilding on the north side. Does no good if one line moves out if another one takes its place!

Let's look at next week later. Too much going on today with our current weather worries. It does look wet though.

Is there a chance that tropical wave you mentioned earlier today in the Caribbean could hit us?

:(

We are currently experience issues with our main radar website, http://radar.weather.gov . We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To see radar data on our site in the meantime, visit https://go.usa.gov/xVyC8 , our Enhanced Data Display (EDD).
I already had them fav'd love this site: https://www.wrh.noaa.gov/map/?&zoom=7&s ... opacity=70

Wow guys, it’s beginning to flood here at my job in Rosenberg. I was almost 100% sure that I wouldn’t see this here from Imelda, but once again it just goes to show you can’t predict Mother Nature. It’s not quite as bad yet as the May 7th flood, but it’s getting there.

Come on with it. I've only gotten just under 4" but would love it to stop seeing all the devastation around me
