INVEST 94L Near African Coast

With Erin paving the way by clearing the SAL that has been present so far this season, the Cape Verde season may well be on the way. 94L is existing Africa a bit further S than we have seen most tropical wave travel so far. Will this be a major player in the up tick in activity we have been expecting? It certainly could be.
