Members given control of the NHC, including new Director

Yep, breaking news. The NHC director and control have all been given to KHOU Weather Forum members. Our own Srainhoutx was named the Director, replacing Bill Read.
Also other weather bloggers have been given control of regional directions. The reason: it is time to get into the 21st century of weather messaging.
