2011 season suddenly gains a hurricane and a storm

2011 now has 19 storms, 7 hurricanes, and 3 major hurricanes. Now, we have two seasons with 19 storms back to back. What will 2012 be like? 2003 and 2004 were active and than 2005 was record breaking. The 2003-2005 is the most years with back to back active seasons.

2011 may have 19 named storms, which is active. Now let's look at the hurricanes and major hurricanes. This is from 1870 to 2010.

Where did you hear that? I know the September storm is the one being classified. If that Oct 9-10 storm had developed, we probably would of seen less rain that time.

Never mind, the new storm would be from Invest 93L, I was thinking of 94L, the storm that hit Florida. NHC decided not to classify THAT one.

Hurricane Rina has been upgraded to a major hurricane, so 2011 gained one more major hurricane. Now it is 19/7/4
