Look for a stronger Beta with the 10 PM update and a track shift very close to Matagorda Bay.

It's very possible. May see Beta very near the Coast on Monday.

Hiw can this be close to the coast on Monday when nhc doesn't have it close to the coast till Wednesday?

Its moving NNE right now. What is going on that it goes due west for a while and then turns NE again aftet?
