I picked up exactly one inch today. Got lucky after largely missing out on everything last week.DoctorMu wrote: ↑Mon Jun 30, 2025 5:33 pm El Campo and CoCo are and will seem some action from the Barry moisture plume.
Unfortunately, I think the action will be limited to West of Brenham and Caldwell. San Antonio, New Braunfels, Austin, Round Rock. Naturally east around Conroe - Huntsville there is some rain as well. We're in the donut again.

This is the same exact thing that happened to me last week. I feel your frustration, no doubt.jasons2k wrote: ↑Mon Jun 30, 2025 6:10 pmMy house can’t catch a break. Multiple close calls the last several days on radar but my station keeps printing zeros. I think one day last week there was a whole tenth of an inch when the surrounding areas all got slammed.DoctorMu wrote: ↑Mon Jun 30, 2025 5:33 pm El Campo and CoCo are and will seem some action from the Barry moisture plume.

Cameron, Caldwell are getting rain. So close, but so far away.
Impressive outstretching by Barry's moisture on GOES.

GFS. NWS, Mesos continue to swing and miss. Our 20% yesterday and 10% today became 1.10 inches of rain. Green in July. Prayers still for the Hill Country which continued to flood south of I-20 and west if I-35.
For the time being, I'm ignoring all the forecasts, models/ensembles except the Euro.
Euro deterministic/ensembles have a higher chance of rain on Monday- Wednesday. Allegedly, some ridging from Thursday - the weekend...however, it doesn't appear to last. July 11-20 doesn't feature much ridge on Euro - so, SETX could have a 20-30% chance of showers daily.
