Most forecast models have a borderline El Nino by the peak of the hurricane season of August to October.

I love that GFDL prediction. Gimme a 1+ Nino and keep it around through next Winter.

Region 1+2 and 3 have warmed. Region 3.4 and 4 have cooled. Interesting to see Region 1+2 in El Nino threshold, while the rest are Neutral to La Nina.

Cooled down in Region 1+2, 3, 3.4, and 4. Since Region 3 and 3.4 are below -0.5, it would be La Nina, but it is for one week.
