Pretty decent spread (west-east) gradient with temperatures. Classic, shallow airmass movement through the state.MontgomeryCoWx wrote: ↑Sat Feb 13, 2021 2:21 pmI don’t understand how you can be 5-6 degrees warmer than me. I’m not that far from you as the crow flies.

^ That’s a map I like! Less ice accumulation and more snow for my area!

Beautiful.
I’m at 33 degrees here in central Wharton County. Quite a bit colder than y’all in Houston.

You can see the next arctic blast on satellite pushing through Oklahoma now.
31 was the low for me this morning and I topped out at 33.

How accurate is the NWS forecast? It's showing freezing rain Sunday night then a wintery mix monday..then in the next town over (maybe 11 mins to get there) it shows freezing rain Sunday night then all sleet and snow for Monday for them...lol I don't get how accurate that is
Just watch the khou team! They do a great job with forecasting.
So, when is "the show" going to kickoff with reports of falling objects? Tonight? Tomorrow morning?
