Just got a brief tropical downpour in W League. Only .12" but the yard will take it. Seeing the outflow to the N headed my way.

Badly need rain and can't even rely on a cold front hitting 90 degree wall of humidity to bring any. Sucks.

Just a few tenths here...and a 30°F drop in temp now with 20 mph northerly wind. lol Now that's the Texas weather I know. Going to walk the dog, or the 120 lb female lab walk me.

No more summer.

...until Sunday.

That area of development sure is aiming towards Texas/Louisiana now per the latest...So much for the FL Panhandle. Hadn’t had a chance to look at models yet. Surely this cant happen 3 times near same place in 1 year.

It has gotten my attention for sure but it’ll probably get picked up by something. We’ll see.

60s and sunny, now partly cloudy. No A/C. No watering.

All is good, even if brown patch is back again, regardless of fungicide application.

Fly in the ointment? Yes, another tropical system wandering into the Gulf. EFFFFF. Deja vu all over again all over again. Should reach hurricane strength and head yet again to the Louisiana coast. Models are in general agreement. Chance of some impact along the coast (and screwing up the NW flow over the Brazos Valley). Go away.

I can't even imagine how old this is getting for you...how about a fast turn and a visit to Cedar Key? Just sand, fire ants, and Florida Man nearby.

That track is a big yawn for me. Will do nothing for us but continue a boring weather pattern.
