I think, and this is my opinion, they are seriously trying to go by the book. Making sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed.

Looks like plane is heading back. It has to be named Bill very soon in my opinion.

Should be bill soon. I think track comes a bit north of matagorda.

If they don't put out a special advisory it should be around 930 that a full package is put out.

Maybe today has been misleading?

There is plenty of moisture with this storm. Long fetch moisture extends back into the NW Caribbean Sea and across Cuba.

Storm is still 200-300 miles away and radar is looking pretty high up.
