Cyclonic action on 10/27/13 in Magnolia area?

I was camping at Texas Renaissance Festival over the weekend. About 5 am yesterday, 10/27/2013, we got the storm that came in. But in our area, it left a lot of destruction as far as tents, EZ-Ups, downed limbs, etc. The wind was so strong it pushed the top of my tent down on to me against the natural bend of the tent poles. I pulled up the weather radar on my phone and it sure looked like there was a large area of cyclonic action above the faire area. Listening to others the next morning, it seemed the winds were coming from different directions.

Can anyone say whether there was any official determination of a tornado? Whether it touched down or not? There are people saying there was a EF-1 tornado that didn't touch down, but no one is able to give a source for the info.

Here is the Local Storm Reports from the events of late last Saturday night into the early morning hours of Sunday from NWS Houston/Galveston. As noted there was a report of numerous trees down, but I have seen no report to date of anything other than strong/severe thunderstorm winds as a strong MCS (mesoscale or small convective system) moved SE .
