I agree with you daywalk! This entire system has been a joke! Ive learned to not get my hopes up anymore. If it rains it rains!

Heavy tropical rains streaming across Galveston County and into NE Brazoria County. So far .57" this morning. Hopefully more of this rainfall will make it further inland
Texas Pirate

Nice rains down by the bay this morning.
Galveston I believe was the overall winner yesterday with heavier rains.
Today it seems like Brazoria County/ South/Coastal will catch the heavier rains today.
It was always promoted as a Coastal rain maker.

Happy First Day of School - be safe everyone.

Despite the 50% chance of no precipitation and rumors of an I-10 boundary, I am indeed getting intermittently rained on here in far NW Harris county. I am outraged and indignant.

I agree! Looks like showers are making it well north of I-10. That's great news! Got a good shower this morning here in Beaumont. 0.51" to be exact. Now looks like radar is evaporating the rain all across the Beaumont area. Oh well, thankful for what I did receive! My yard is singing praises!! 8-)
